Include useful details

Describe the problem, the screen where it happened, your device and Android version, and the approximate time. You may include screenshots, but remove passwords, payment-card details, recovery codes, and unrelated personal information.

Billing and refunds

Ambizio can help investigate subscription access. Cancellation and refund decisions may also require action through Google Play because payments are processed by the store.
